Add utilities to your rent with one simple weekly payment, tailored to your household. No juggling separate accounts or providers.
Bronze
Rent only. Utilities are arranged and paid for separately by students.
Silver
Electricity, gas, and water included on top of the Bronze rate.
Gold
Electricity, gas, water, wifi, and TV licence, all included.
Holding and damage deposits apply per student, in line with standard tenancy practice, and are protected through the Deposit Protection Service.
